This 2,500 SF residence in Coral Gables, Florida is conceived as a refined modern tropical retreat that emphasizes simplicity, proportion, and a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle. Organized as a series of clean, horizontal volumes, the design creates a strong yet understated street presence while maintaining a sense of openness and privacy. The four-bedroom, three-bath layout is efficiently planned around light-filled living spaces, with large expanses of glass that blur the boundary between interior and exterior. A minimalist material palette—smooth white stucco, warm wood accents, and subtle stone textures—adds warmth and sophistication without overpowering the architecture.
