This 10,000 SF residence in Pinecrest, Florida is conceived as a modern tropical estate that balances timeless elegance with contemporary living. The design organizes nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms within a composed, symmetrical massing that emphasizes strong horizontal lines, refined proportions, and a seamless indoor–outdoor connection. Expansive glazing, shaded terraces, and layered roof elements create a dynamic façade while responding to the South Florida climate with deep overhangs and natural ventilation. The material palette blends smooth stucco, stone accents, and warm wood tones, reinterpreted through a modern lens to achieve a sense of understated luxury. At its core, the home is designed around experiential living, with resort-style outdoor spaces, lush tropical landscaping, and fluid circulation that enhances both privacy and openness, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed family retreat.
