This conceptual mixed-use waterfront development reimagines the future of urban living along the Chelsea waterfront in New York City. Designed as a bold architectural statement, the project explores the intersection of sculpture, landscape, and residential experience through a series of faceted geometric forms that create a dynamic identity along the pier edge. The design integrates luxury residential units, immersive amenity spaces, rooftop social terraces, wellness facilities, and activated public gathering areas, all connected through lush biophilic environments and panoramic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Rooted in contemporary minimalism and experiential design, the project blurs the boundary between architecture and art, transforming the pier into a vibrant destination that celebrates community, movement, and the evolving relationship between the city and the water.
